Renewing your domain name is easy at Hatch Domains. You have two options when renewing your domain name. There is auto-renewal which is the easiest way to renew your domain name and then there is manual renewal.

Here are the instructions for auto-renewing your domain name.

When you purchase your domain name you can click the option to auto-renew.

If you did not select auto-renew when you purchased your domain name, you can also have your domain name auto-renew by following the steps listed below.

To enable or disable auto-renew

1. Go to the Payments and Renewing Items page in the Account Manager.
2. If prompted, log in with your user name or customer number and password.
3. On the Payments and Renewing Items page, use the checkboxes to select the products and services that you want to modify.
NOTE: To select all of the products and services on the page, select the checkbox in the header at the top of the list. This selects all of the items listed on the current page, not all of the products and services in your account.
4. Click Auto Renew at the top of the Payments and Renewing Items list.
5. In the Auto Renew Product pane on the right, select one of the following options: * Auto Renew � Enables the auto renew feature for all selected products and services. * Disable Auto Renew � Disables the auto renew feature for all selected products and services. These products and services will now expire or cancel on their normal expiration dates unless they are manually renewed.
6. Click Save Changes

To manually renew your domain name, this is what you do.

1. Log in to your Account Manager.
2. From the Domain Names menu, select Manage Domains. The Domain Control Center opens.
3. In your list of domain names, use the checkboxes to select the domain name(s) that you want to renew.
4. Above your list of domain names, move your mouse over Renew and select Renew Domain from the drop-down menu.
5. Choose the length of time you want to renew your domain name(s) for and click Continue.
6. Select if you want to make the domain registration private. You can enter a current Domains By Proxy account user ID and password or create a new Domains By Proxy account.
7. Read and accept the Domains By Proxy Agreement and then click Continue.
8. Proceed through the Checkout process and complete your purchase.
